Protools 8 projects in 9: playback issue..

Hi 2 all !

Situation:

Protools HD 9.03 on 10.6.7
MacPro, early 2008, with 8 gigs ram.

In PT 9 I open a project that was made in protools HD 8.05.
Now, when i hit spacebar (play) , it takes about 3 seconds for protools to actually go in play.
I have this problem with all my old protools 8 projects.
I then changed buffer settings in the playback engine, but no succes.
i have delay compensation off.

I do use the same audio HD as with protools HD 8.

This is really annoying, anyone has same experience ?

You probably have "countoff" turned on . Look in your transport window. ff
