Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the last upgrade of the Lexiverb only allow a single verb on a mix chip? This shows that even in this version they really weren't trying very hard. If they were really interested in supporting the mix cards they would have put in some effort to allow two verbs per chip. I actually stayed with the older version which forced Lexiverb to stay on my classic farms rather than waste a whole Mix chip.

My point is, if they barely put the effort in to even support Mix, what are the chances they'll go through the even more difficult process of making it HD compatible. LOW!

On the other hand, this was never a world class verb -not like the 960. Their are much better things in the works. Did you get a load of that sampling reverb by Audio Ease? Sounded pretty slamin at the Digiworld!

Here's the latest:

LEXICON CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL # 115472

At this time Lexicon has no public information about upgrades for
Lexiverb/Protools HD compatibility. We are having discussions with
Digidesign as to when/if there will be any upgrades. Please periodically
check our websites, Lexicon/Digidesign, for updates.
I really, really don't have any other info that I can tell you. The emails
are being forwarded to the proper dept., but they are aware and are in talks
with Digi.

Is there any news on Lexiverb for HD?

Looks like Logic support for HD is imminent, so I am considering the upgrade now.

Lexicon says it's up to Digidesign, and Digidesign says it's up to Lexicon.

It doesn't seem like either company has any real reason to do this upgrade. I have sent another email to Lexicon, with no response yet.

All you can do is keep emailing both companies. I think with the newer reverb plugins coming out that the number of users interested in this upgrade is dwindling.
