Protools 10 crashes on macbook pro i7 while recording

Any help would be appreciated. I have a couple of protools setups including HD accell, 003 and a small system on a macbook pro(i7). Im having an issue on the macbook pro that i dont have on the 003 and HD systems. I am mixing for a bunch of TV show and im trying to record all the splits tracks for final mix(Mixed on 003 or HD accell system). there are about 15 tracks in the mix session that are being recorded. maybe 50 tracks total. While recording, the usage meter never exceeds more then about 10-11 percent on any of the meters.. then about 1 minute 30 seconds into the record, protools just quits.. no explanation. This has happened even when i had Protools 8 installed. i figured avid would have this fixed in 10. I use the MBP for small fixes when im on the road.. everything else seems to work perfectly. its only when i open a session from either other system. if i start a session on the MBP, i can record all the way through , no problem. Ive tryed the usual suspects, upping buffer, lowing it, Plugged the 003, same problem, swapped ram, used a different HD, cant seem to get it to record more then about 1:30-1:40 at a time... HELP!
