LM100 / SYNC LTC Setup Query

I'm working on a project with LM100 QC involved. I work in PAL and have a LM100 with LTC input. I need to be able to generate the full graph of the show with timecode and check through the spots where there were problems and fix 'em. I'm having a hard time figuring out why my SYNC is refusing to generate the PT's TC down the LTC line.

If I feed LTC from the SYNC as a stand alone generator, the LM100 is fine.

When it's in remote mode, with PT Clock Source being SYNC i/O, Clock Ref is Video Reference, Positional Ref is LTC, TC generator is off, it will pass through a timecode to the LM100 whether in play or stopped.

When it's in remote mode, with PT Clock Source being SYNC I/O, Clock Ref is Video Reference, and TC Generator is click for Using SYNC (and positional ref becomes a greyed out Generate) it ignores the incoming LTC (which is fine) but doesn't output the PT's TC.

I've been running PT as 9-pin to DBC & HDCAM decks from day one in this facility, and when striping to DA88 I feed in the DA88's LTC into the sync and slave the PT to the DA88, but I can't get the PT to drive the LM100's without getting LTC out of the SYNC that matches the PT session TC.

It's been a long day, am I missing something really basic here?

Did you set the top left button of the transport keys? The one that looks like a clock.

Wow - it really is that simple, thank you so much for that. If you are ever in Singapore, even if it's a few days stopover on the way to some exotic locale (Bali, Phuket, Maldives), a big meal at a top restaurant is on me.
