Default PT10 Win7 - Plugins folder? Vienna? iLok?

I have a few problems following an install of PT10 on my Win 7 laptop.

Where is the plugins folder in Win 7? It does not seem to be Program Files/Avid/Pro Tools/DAE...

Vienna Ensemble plugins do not seem to load and crash PT10 at start up? I have the latest Vienna versions is this a compatibility issue with PT10?

My iLok keeps disconnecting and PT10 then wants to close.

I never had this problems just minutes before with PT9.

Thanks, Dean
