Feature Request
Hi
Not sure if there is any way to do this currently. I would like to be able to have faders on multiple machines available to me at the same time. Instead of having to flip between Mach 1 and Mach 2, etc, it would be GREAT to be able to create a Custom Fader group that included faders across multiple machines. For example, if I had 8 VCAs on machine 1 and 8 VCAs on machine 2, I would like to create a Custom Fader group with all 16 VCAs. Make sense? Anybody into that idea? |

Re: Feature Request
Yes this is very much desired -and -it should work if there is more than one console connected as well - so that move the VCA on one console = VCA fader moves on the other console.
Example machine A carries dialog with its own console, machine B carries SFX with its own console. Would be helpful to have Dialog and SFX VCAs controlled from both surfaces. -(even be cool to display them in the timelines on each machine) All the best Bruno |

Re: Feature Request
Absolutely!
It's been asked here before. My workaround solution in Multimode was to have the 8 VCA faders of the 2nd machine on a Command 8 beside the D-Control... (not great though) I would love the requested feature however. Is the Icon development team still operational? I understand that PT9 took lots of resources, but it seems that all the feature requests here are floating around... Cheers, Thierry |
