Default New Waves Sound Design Suite

New Waves Bundle of existing plugs, oriented specifically for Sound Designers. Interesting combination of plugins. Might be appealing to some who don't yet own any bundles yet:

Indeed - was just thinking this myself with Gold and LoAir installed....only thing I might miss was the linear phase stuff and transx/morphoder look interesting - everything else I already have good alternatives for...

Question Re: New Waves Sound Design Suite

Native or TDM? Native is cheaper but is it worth it or are some of the plugins using RTAS so processor intensive that it's better to purchase TDM?

Just picked it up. There's a sweet deal to upgrade for $800 if you're already a Gold owner. L2 and L3 alone are worth the price of admission on that one for me. Then LoAir and GTR and the Linear Phase stuff... Very cool bundle.

If I were buying a bundle right now I'd definitely get this one. It has all the things I use in Platinum (the bundle my employers bought years ago) and a few things that I'd love to have (SoundShifter for example). A great selection.

Funnily enough the ambundance of limiters were the least exciting ones for me - L1, Massey L2007, McDsp ml4000 cover anything I've ever needed.
Just got the Gold upgrade mail from Waves which is tempting alright...
