Default LCR mix in PT LE - basic question

Hi,

I'll be mixing sound and music for a short film and need some advice. It's been suggested to me that to create an accurate stereo mix of dialogue and music I need a three speaker LCR setup and not just a two speaker stereo setup. I'm using Pro Tools LE. My interface is the RME Fireface. The finished short will be shown in a movie theatre.

How should I set up the Input/Output in Pro Tools? Do I use a combination of Stereo (LR) and Mono (C) tracks? Or should I just mix as if I had two speakers instead of three?

Hope this makes sense!

Any ideas?
