DAE probs

Ok guys I need your help.
We have an AMD athalon when we tried to install the driver for the Digidesign Audiomedia III and we have a massive error. What comes up in the setup is the "DALVXD.VXD,NTKERN.VXD devive loaded for device could not load the driver device." So when I tried to open Pro Tools it freezes the computer when it is loading DEA. It freezes @ DAE loaded. What am I suposed to do inorder for it to recognize the driver as valid. [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img] [img]images/icons/mad.gif[/img]
