You'll need to past back your Pro Tools version, quicktime version and OSX version to get a more precise answer.

Hi, I run a lab of 15 G5s and if you up your coreaudio software to 6.5 it will fix your problem with 6.4 & itunes/quicktime 7.
Some have gone as high as coreaudio 6.9 with 6.4 with no problems. It's a free D/L from digidesign. All the best, bmd
