Dual montor question

Ok I finished my version of the allenstein machine and everything rocks!!!
Got 32+6 at 128 buffer 24 bit with no tweeks except turning off windows sounds.
Now today I borrowed my buddies 15 inch monitor to test out my dual vid card (A nvidia Ge force 4
MX 440-SE dual)
The dual display works fine except I cant drag the mix window in protools le to the second monitor(or the edit )
What baffles me is the fact that I can slide an open effect like the amplitube window to the second window no problem.
Same thing in sonar and in reason also I cant slide the sequencer in reason over out of the application.
HELP!

you need to expand the grey digidesign "desktop" first. Then you can drag the edit and/or mixwindow to it.

But having ptle open on one monitor, and reson on the other is very nice...

To get a program opened fully on the second monitor, click the little botton on the top-right of the window inbetween the minimize and close. Then drag the window over to the other monitor, and maximize again....

Also, look up swaphappy to get his "WindowPlcaer" program... Works like a champ!

Still no luck I run into a toolbar and it wont let me slide.I can slide the transport,marker view,cpu window and open effects though .Help!!
What am I doing wrong?This is in standalone reason also(cant slide the sequencer)+sonar.

All I want is my mix view on one monitor and editview
on the other !!!!!

Hmmmm...
You may try getting the latest NView drivers on the Nvidia home page. Make sure that dual screens are supported. Also, make sure that when you drag the window that you DO NOT have it in FULL mode already. That will lock it to one screen. Minimize it to a smaller view, then stretch it across the screen. If you are able to drag other items to the other screen, it should be working...

Get the latest drivers though too..
