PT 10 Installation routine failure

Hi,


this bothers me for over week now:

Cant install pro tools die to an issue in the installation routine. It states my OS isnt a current / supported version which is false. It has to have OSX 10.7. am using 10.11.3.

Also, the ilok is fine. PT 10 HD runs on the Win Desktop PC.

The installer has to be modified to get PT10 to load; the instructions may well be somewheres here; you'd have to search for them. Even if you do get PT10 to load there are several issues like blank insert menus and such that go back to OSX 10.10 (Yosemite). PT10 is not, and never will be, compatible with or supported on Yosemite, El Capitan and beyond.

The confusion with the installer steams from the fact that some programs only use one digit for versions/subversions.
