Default Best use of 4 hard drives on Mac Pro?

I am getting a new 8 Core Mac Pro with 32 Gig of RAM as my main DAW to run PT 9 (with an 002r)

We use lots of VI's and with this machine I will be using VE Pro 5 to run EWQL Hollywood Strings and Brass, all Spectrasonics libraries, Superior Drummer.

We score a lot of movies/videos so stable video playback is a must. We just convert to DV Pal Quicktime.

How would you use your 4 hard drives in my situation?
