Sample rate changing by itself cant change back

Sample rate changing by itself cant change back

My fw1814 randomly (seemingly at least) changes its setting for sample rate. I have to shut down computer and restart for it to be corrected so that I can start my PT sessions. Anyone experience this? Any known solutions?
