Exporting Clips as Files
Hey there.
I'm a little uncertain about this function... I have used this function in the past to export clips - to be used in another PT session. Then I would bounce the song to be used in things such as CD's or iPods etc.. If I imported a song into a session - say to cut or add blank space to a song's beginning or end - would I need to bounce this song out or would I be able to use the export clips function... and have it playable as a .wav on a CD or in an iPod...? Thanks, Sparky |

If it exists in the Audio file bin - does it need to be "bounced" out of the bin to be used...? Sparky |

Re: Exporting Clips as Files
If it's the bit depth and sample rate you need, you can simply drag/copy the file for whatever purpose. But if you need 16/44.1 and your session is 48, then you'd need to bounce or do the consolidation/export method I posted before.
