PT plugs download links?
Where are the links these days? I'm having real problems navigating the site.
I've just moved over to Mac OSX and have PT8, I'd like to install all the old iLok-ed plugs for PT 7 I had running on my PC, so I need to download the Mac versions and install them. But I can't find the links! What I have are: BF Voce Bundle v4 Anyone able to help? And am I going to have any probs with any of the above, like, are any not supported any more..? Cheers! . |

Re: PT plugs download links?
Log in to your account on the Avid page. If you haven't done this before I believe you still use your old Digi login. From there go to the "my products' and select downloads. You should see downloads for both mac and pc.

Re: PT plugs download links?
Maxim is now free with PT8, it should already be installed with the basic program.
As for the others, the page you want is here. You'll want to read everything, then scroll down to the bottom to click "view available downloads": http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...761&NewLang=en You'll need to make sure which factory bundle you originally got, to know what update you need. For example, the Mbox bundles were different than the 003 bundles. |

Re: PT plugs download links?
I've managed to get most of them in, but I'm still getting authorisation warnings for MoogerFooger LP and Ph. Not sure where I got them, but they're on my iLok, so they ought to work.
I'm a bit shocked to see how expensive some of these plugs have got! Smack! is $600 (what!?) and synchronic $400 (and in a sale!). Synchronic has an appalling day-glo interface, and I notice the copyright is 2005. So no updates for five years, and they charge over $400 dollars. Who pays that? |
