Display Modules 'Waveform and Function' layout issues

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with our S6's display modules' Waveform and Function layout. As track layouts and layers are changed, the waveform view stops showing for random channel strips. Where there was a waveform, it's just empty, even though audio is there. All other parts of the view work fine.

Mixer has several routing folders for their submixes (DX, SFX, FOL, SCR, etc.) that are in a single "MAIN" track layout with layers A through D. As the mixer spills folders, changes track layouts, or swaps layers, we lose the waveform views for some channels. Upon more changes, we gain back some waveforms and lose others.

Our display module's 'Default Layout' is set to Waveforms and Function and it's the same for our 'Folder Layout'.

We're working on Pro Tools 2023.9 and EuCon/S6 2023.11.

I tried restarting the S6 and Pro Tools and things seemingly work fine again, but as soon as work starts and changes are made, we lose waveform views.

Anyone have a fix for this? Let me know!

Can you check the new EUCON status LED in the EUCON Edit Window tool bar, is it orange or red when this happens?

The EUCON status LED stays green through it all.

The issue is most apparent when we switch between window configurations/track views within Pro Tools. Some channels lose and gain back their waveforms after switching views, and others always have them. But it doesn't seem to be dependent on what's hidden/unhidden in Pro Tools. We're still stumped!
