Activation code doesn't work

How can I contact avid? I have the original activation card, but the code doesn't work.

The code to activate the LE software(assuming LE version 8) would start with "DIGI0800.......". If your code doesn't start like that, then its not an authorization code. Now it COULD be the registration code(once you register the software, you would get an email with the authorization code). Also, note that the auth. code has spaces and lower case letters after the part in the quotes as above. Those spaces and lower case are all important.
