New Pro Tools Subscription did not provide any licenses
I had recently purchased protools, the monthly subscription. I had registered for a ilok account as well. I had linked the two accounts together, as told on the website. I look in my Master avid account and it says the 2 are both linked together.
However when I open up protools, I get a license error message and when I open my ilok manager to see if the license is there, it is not at all! The license is not being recognized. Nothing shows up! Someone have any answers on what to do please?? I did send in a case to them as well, anyone knows how long it takes for Avid to respond? Hi, welcome to the community.
Unfortunately during the past weekend quite many customers have had problems like this so Avid is likely very crowded now. All you can do is wait. If you have created a Support Case with Avid Support, posting your case number here might be helpful.

My issue is not renewing my license! My issue is I just bought Protools and the license is not showing in my ilok license manager! It has been a week since I've purchased Protools and I still have not be able to use it!
I need this resolved now... This is crazy Case number: 03928608 |
