Default Pro Tools not recognizing 2048 PlayBack buffer.

Hey,

I am running a pretty intensive session in PT10 so I increased my buffer size from 1024 to 2048. Now PT is playing it. But when I go to Setup>>Playback engine. I get the following message. "Your audio device is configured with an unsupported audio buffer size. Please select one of the following supported buffer sizes in the device control panel: 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 or 2048

I have no idea why its no understanding its at 2048 a supported size. Also while im on topic. It never lets me change my buffer from inside this setup window i have to externally got to my Saffire mix control to do it. Open separately not even from within PT. Im use a saffire 56.

Any info appreciated!
