Default Latency problems

Hey everyone,
Ive currently started tracking guitars on my sessions and for some reason I have just started getting latency, the latency is not too bad, but enough for me to notice and put me off.Ive ajusted settings in my playback engine to the lowest settings but theres no drastic change, could it be coz I have reason drumkits rewired on the sessions? Need help as Ive got a deadline for this album and problems like these arent doing me any favours lol
