Help with m-audio producer usb microphone

hey Avid Community, i recently purchased a m-audio producer usb microphone, but i've been having many problems with this usb mic. one of the problems i've had is that the mic doesn't show up as a device, which is weird because i install the proper driver for window's 7 sp1, which is the operating system i use. since the mic isn't showing up as a device i haven't been able to use it, i think it's because of the [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]ty software the company that made my mic has.

here's where i need your help Avid Community, if any of you guys could give advice/tips on how to fix my usb microphone (it's the "m-audio producer usb microphone") or if you guys have a link to usb microphone driver software that would work with my mic, it would be much appreciated. thanks :)

What recording software are you using with it?
