Default New Waves Mystery Product teaser

If you go on the Waves.com home page, for a few seconds it shows a teaster for a new product, with a quote by Leonardo Da Vinci.

I have no idea what this might be.

I can't help but wonder if they won't come out with some sort of console emulation along the lines of VCC....

Hi,

One Knob...

Would have to be a very simplistic console emulation!

Someone on Gearslutz said that it is a "Suck" knob. When you instantiate the plugin, the knob will be at 11 and as you turn it down, your mix starts to suck less and less...

It's very controversial, with this kind of hype I do expect console emulation, though seeing one knob in the pic doesn't mean it doesn't have another but with heat and VCC out I could see why waves would try just one knob, also isn't heat just one knob? The pro tools logo makes me feel like waves got the first go ahead and make a native version of heat. Hopefully we get more on it soon.
