Default uninstall 9.0.5 first?
Do I need to uninstall 9.0.5 before installing 10? or is it automatic?

I had to do a complete unistall of 9.0.3 to upgrade to Po Tools 10.

Mac version automatically overwrites previous, Windows will force you to uninstall previous first!

Mac here.

It is always best to do the Clean Uninstall. It decreases the possibility of old stuff messing with the new stuff. To not do so is at your own peril.

Same here, just installed over PT 9, but repaired permissions logged in as root first. Works perfect so far!

On my WIndows I actually made whole new partition for PT10 HD..So far so good

If you read the "Read Me" PDF, a towards the bottom (not all the way at the bottom) it says not to uninstall 9.0.5, just install 10 over it. I installed right over PT 9.0.5 and all is good! Super stable!

Oh yea, I'm on a Mac (10.6.8 v1.1)
