registration, no confirmation?

Hey guys.

I just bought the Digi 002 rack the a few weeks ago. That day I faxed the registration card to Digi. The software that was in the box was 6.0.2. for Mac. I’m using PC. I haven’t got a confirmation from Digi about the registration. I’m wondering if I will be receiving the 6.1 CD for windows in the mail or am I supposed to get it from the dealer I bought the 002R. About a week ago I emailed Digi and asked the same thing and haven’t heard anything either. I also qualify for the free plug-ins so I was wondering when I’m going to hear from Digi. I’d love to get my 002R up and running. What do I do?

Your dealer should have given you an envelope with 6.1 in it if it wasn't included in the box.

'Phone Digi first thing on Monday and explain the situation.. they'll probably get you something overnight.
