Default Loving PT 7.1, but…

One thing that I've run into that I don't remember on 6.9.3 or below is sluggishness when there are a lot of playlists. This sluggishness increases in direct ratio to the number of playlists in the session.

I'm recording about 60 tracks at a time, and as the number of playlists build up, it takes about 4 or 5 seconds of clicking and holding on the button next to the track name in the edit window to make it pop up so I can create the next playlist or go back to a previous playlist. If there are no extra layers of playlists, like in an empty session, the response is immediate.

Also, PLEASE reinstate the ablilty to retain the disk allocation when importing tracks into a new session. It was like this back in OS 9, but ever since the move to OS X it's been broken.

Other than these two things, as I say in the post title, I'm loving PT 7.1cs6! Well, maybe you could give us more than 26 groups…
