Copy paste between two open sessions
Hello,
I'd like to copy paste parts / faders etc between two open sessions. I cant imagine this feature being very complicated to implement, (but I doubt I will still be using PT when if its ever implemented.) Other DAWs I've used has it already. Samplitude, Logic Pro X etc. Yes I know about the old school import session data but thats really only useful for importing the fader settings imo. My current work around is: Open the sessions and make a clip group of the part you want to copy Export the clip group Import the faders using import session data Import the clip group. Actions like this should be easier if you want to call it a smooth workflow. Just a thought. |

Re: Copy paste between two open sessions
Pro Tools can't have more than one session open in the first place.
