Default Instrument Track & XPand2 question

Dang, I'm stumped. Opened an Instrument track and inserted Xpand2. Typically I'll get sound out of the Oxygen 49 keyboard I use right them. Not this time. Just wonderful!! I've run a diagnostic on the Oxygen 49 and the system says it's running as it should. It's the fourth instance of Xpand2 in this session and the other three tracks seem to be fine, so smart me, I thought I'd just Alt-Drag and put a copy of one of the other instances of Xpand2 onto this new Instrument track. Now I get this error message and it's probably a hint to what setting I've got somewhere that's messing things up, but I'm too stupid to see it. Anyway the message is ! The plug-in cannot be copied there because the plug-in's number of input channels does not match. I'd sure appreciate any advice I can get on this. I've got MP 8.0.5 on an ASUS laptop and it's always been great. Now this.. Thank you

Thanks YYR123, but same issue even if it's stereo. I do have it set as a stereo track.. I'm going nuts not knowing. Talk about frustration!!! Thanks for the thought YYR.

So I would try couple of things I would not alt drag the new instance of expand

Could it be the midi definitions that it wants to see is causing a problem ?

example xpand midi 1-4 right

Don't you have to go down and select what channel you want the midi to control the fourth output of expand
