Default Can i open a session/files recorded on a tdm HD with 003?

hey all, i have a friend who has recorded some tunes on an HD rig and he now wants to
do some vocal overdubs with me but i only have a 003 system and PT LE 7.3

will there be any issues besides trackc count doing this???
