Downloads no longer available with switch to avid.com login?

So the My Digi thing now requires me to go to account.avid.com to download my software (I need PTHD installer + content, etc), but since the switch, my downloads no longer show up. Help? o_O

You had 3 accounts. I deleted one of them, which was empty. I think if you try it now with your other email account (not the one on the DUC), you should be able to access your PTHD 8 downloads. Let me know if that works or not, and I'll check this thread later.

Okay, this is quite bizarre. I am now unable to even login to my account. The one that is the same as my user name logs in, but there are now downloads under that one, (which is normal). I do recall accidentally typing making account and typing @gmai.com before, which was fixed, but now the one that was fixed ([email protected]) won't login at all. Says "The email or password is not correct"
