Default Which file types apart from rex?

Hi there, didn´t know where to post this question.
I am using Pro Tools LE 7 for a while now for recording, editing and mixing. But I always used Logic for sampling and working with loops. Since I think Pro Tools is the best sequenzer out there I would prefer to do all my stuff with it. My question now is what file types does Pro Tools support apart .rex? Can I use my Apple Loops or Acid Wave in Pro Tools or other formats?

WAV, AIF, MP3 import, etc...

It can do it all with a little bit of work (but maybe not of the best quality and workflow).

Currently, only REX and ACID sliced loops are supported for time stretching and tempo matching loops, and 7.3 handles them MUCH better than 7.0 or 7.1.

You can also use several different plugin applications for sampling and looping.

Thanks for the answer. So 7.3 handles slices better than 7.1? Sounds good because I wasn´t quiet satisfied with the results I got by using rex files in my Pro Tools 7.1. A good reason to upgrade. Anyone know if Apple Loops will be supported for time matching anyway soon?

Not that I am aware of, but if you read "Dave's Dirt" in the Spring 2007 DigiZine, you will see that he hints at something that Digidesign has apparently been "very busy working on", that might interest you.
