pro tools 8 le won't load T-RackS 3

Since i upgraded from 7.4 to 8, pro tools won't load T-rack 3

it comes up with a message saying "cannot use these plugins" and then asks you if you want to move them to a unused folder location.
I downloaded the trail version from IK multimedia's website, but still same prop.

and the funny thing is my mate has it and he says he's works fine ??
(it was working with 7.4) I've uninstalling it and reinstalling to no avail.

any help would be much appreciated thanx :)

Using the LATEST T-racks updates? (What version are yours, and what version are your "mates"?)

when i downloaded it from there website it was the latest version thats out (3.1), but still didn't work. not sure what version my mate has.. (he got an mbox 2 factory last month and i think it came with that)

I'm gonna try it again in case it decides to work this time

Pro tools says that it can't load "unauthorized plugins" says that the key is either missing or damaged and something to do with an ilok, but i know it was already register prop before i upgraded to pro tools 8

***fixed it** had to run pro tools 8 as admin in vista properties
