The upgrade from HD9 to HD12, or HD10 to HD12 is $599usd. No secret.
You want HD12,
I want HD10,
If You buy the upgrade to HD12 is $599usd. & You loose HD9...
But...
if you trade your HD10&HD9 bundle for my HD9&HD8 bundle + $$, the upgrade from HD9 to HD12 is cheaper for you.

¿Why I don't want to upgrade to HD12 right now?, because I own plugins that were never ported to AAX.
I would need to buy more plugins, that do exactly the same thing I already have.
Spend more $$$ to do the same.
A Trade off, I'm not willing to make for now.

#1. you need to provide me with screenshots of your ilok manager, logged in, with the licenses, and details, including date.

#2. prove you have the bundle.
HD10 licenses, not interested.
Only HD10&HD9 bundle.
