Default PT HD users...which harmonizer plug in?

The orange vocoder is not available for HD yet is it? What is the best available harmonizer plug for PT HD ? (not counting what you can do with Bruno/Reso)

Define "harmonizer" first.

If you want the classic eventide effect, get Wave-Mechanics Ultra-Tools.

If you want to generate actual harmonies, that's a whole 'nother ballgame.

I'll check out DPP-1 then... I've got wave mechanics and virus already and dig em.

Question...does anyone know if it's a harmonizer (or what was used) on cheryl crow 'soak up the sun' at the end when you hear the harmonies coming in on the final chrs?

It's not automatic, but with a little work you can create reasonable harmony tracks from mono sources with Wavemechanics PurePitch.

OK, I'll bite. What about the other harmonizer application? What do you folks like best for Harmonizer effects i.e. 10 cents up and 10 cents down? I'm currently using an Eventide DSP4000B+ for that, but it seems like overkill, and everything else being equal, I prefer a plug for recall-ability.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Wavemechanics SoundBlender. It is a great plugin that completely replaced my H3000D/SX. Built by the guys who created the Eventide hardware...
