HUI send all fader values a start?

I have a Tsacam US2400 set up with my new system.
Ventura 13.3.1 - PT 2023-6

It is setup correctly in the perepherials (as in my previous PT2020.x.x)

However, when starting up a session or closing a session the faders set up or reset randomly?

can i somehow send all fader values command HUI ProTools at start up??
