I guess a NAMM preview of "we fixed a lot of timing and ADC bugs" was too much to hope for. Avid could have show Pro Tools at NAMM operating, you know, properly, without folks needing to work around bugs.

Im rather hopeful for the PT-263943 bug in the sticky topics here. When pro tools gets midi effects, which undoubtedly will be arpeggiators and things as well, they at least have to address the delay compensation issue with midi-beatclock, or those midi effects would be as out of time as all midi events suffering from the PT-263943 bug.

Well, at least, one can always have hope:)

I checked right now, this issue is being fixed as we speak. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

David, that will be the fix of the century for Pro Tools, and will make a lot of music producers working with virtual instrument-arps and midi-beat clock plugins like LFOtool extremely happy :)

I have to say, I don't really get excited about things, but if this is solved, I will be very pleased.

This is the one that I can't wait for. Hopefully we can have multiple ARA windows open at the same time of the same software. For example, I really hope we can have multiple Melodyne Windows open like we can have multiple MIDI Editors open.

would be cool if we could have multiple sessions open at same time, kinda like photoshop, premiere pro,

as i deal with narration, would help organize my editing, mixing, etc,
so i wouldnt have to split my sessions up into 4 or 5 sessions,,,,

i think Studio One does this?
