Did you file a bug report? And before anyone jumps on me, my plan is expired. But i did submit some of those in all the issues i encountered. For example i filed a bug report about multichannel tracks not being released from dsp's dynamic plugin processing, which is now fixed in 2023. So, please do if you have the ability. We all benefit.

I'm going to log a ticket tonight for this as well.
Trying to do a simple 5 x VI track intro cue last night and I had a heap of stuck notes.
Over the years I've just put it down to having a lot of hardware MIDI with 4 x Unitor8/AMT8's connected and stretching the MIDI limits, but it's happening on simple sessions.

I do tons of MIDI production with lots of 3rd party samplers in Pro Tools and I definitely see this. (although it seems to be less since I've moved to 2023.9). But this bug seems to happen most for me when my buffer settings are set lower.

But if I was to describe the issue from my perspective, it seems that a few VI's hang suddenly and then some of them won't play back until you try playing back again a bunch of times in different parts of the session. Or restart the session.

I'd love to see this issue fixed.
