Digi 001 error/ hardware not installed or used by another program

Digi 001 error/ hardware not installed or used by another program

Pro-tools hardware not installed or used by another program (error)

I have tried the text search for this error and none of the three situations apply. Anyone have any ideas. I have checked all connections and reinstalled the software. Still the same error [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]
