MBox 2 Pro Power Cycle Issue???

Not sure what is going on. I tried searching the threads, not sure I'm using the best keywords so my apologies if im repeating here.

I built a system ground up, it will go along working just fine and then out of nowhere the power in my MBox 2 Pro will just start turning off and then onn again roughly every 5 seconds??? If i take everything down for a bit and reboot several times eventually it will come up normally.

Thoughts?.....or directions to the appropriate thread that I cant seem to find?
