can't get pt 5 in france!!!

i hope digi USA will read this because i have no clue of what to do to get what i paid for: i sent the upgrade request to protools 5 with a check on december 8th, but digi france is still unable to tell me when i will get it! i ordered the upgrade for some recording studios too, on january, and they could get it only two weeks after !!! where is my protools 5 ???
i own a mixplus system and bought a G4, os9 and all sort of things because of the release of pt5...but i can't use it with 4.3.2!!! how is it possible that some people do have pt5 for more than a month in france (i don't even mention US users) and that i already waited for 2.5 months and NOBODY can help me !!!
i start to think there is a problem with digidesign france...
of course you can figure out the problems i encounter when bringing back home some work started on studios pt5... HELP ME I AM IN HELL !!!!!!
