Plugin (Automation lane settings)
All,
It's been a long time since posting. Was wondering if I am overlooking a setting. I have noticed that my plugins are not saving automation settings when I am going in and selecting items that I want to automate. What I mean as an example is this. SSL Channel Strip 2. I load up the plugin and then go to the automation section and select "Fader Level." I then save the setting as "Starter" and then make it load that up as a default for that plug. It loads up the "starter" preset, but the automation lane "Fader level" does not populate in on the plug. This would be super helpful to my workflow to NOT have to go and set that each time. Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing to have this load. Thanks for the help

Re: Plugin (Automation lane settings)
2 possible workarounds for you:
1. Create a Track Preset, and simply import the plugin assignment/settings/automation 2. Always have a dummy track in your session with that plugin & setting configured, and option+drag it to your desired tracks. |
