This site needs a like button.

That is a feature that I didn't even realize that I needed. Can you imagine all of your Foley/ADR/VO sessions save with the low buffer and then mixing saves with another not having to constantly switch going back and forth. And for those who don't need or like it, having an option in preferences to turn that feature on or off.

I am sure this will come out on Protools Ultimate 2036.6

Yeah that's super great in Cubase. Plus being able to anchor tracks like the master fader in mixer. Good stuff.

I use Cubase Pro at times for its great tempo mapping (WARP TOOL) abilities (much better than Command I in PT), but other things like the little flag markers and the inability to erase midi when you punch in is too much of a drag for me. I do most of my work in PT.

Some things that come to mind:

Curved automation

When using midi effects, the ability to print the output directly onto the track

Ability to write comments on automation lanes

Ability to create custom menu folders (for plugins) similar to Logic Pro X.

Agreed. A revision to the spec (at least for that functionality) might be due. I suggest going to the Feature Requests Lounge for Pro Tools in Avid Link, and voting-up and commentingon the post titled "Drag and Drop Audio Clips From Arrangement To Samplers/Drum Machines" by Tara Malik from Jan 24, 2019.

YUP. This is a bane of my existence. I've just learner to live with it, BUT.. Marianna, Can we add Kerry's ideal in? I'm off for the last month, so just getting back in here reading.
