If you already have the 15 BIG Files (19.3 GB) of Strike 2.0.7.19000’s Content installed, there is no need to re-install Strike 2.0.7.21000’s identical Content!

Before updating, temporarily move Strike’s Content to a Renamed Desktop Folder (or elsewhere).

Create an empty Folder in your Samples drive, called Strike, as the Uninstaller for Strike 2.0.7.19000 needs to see the original Content location.

Then run the Uninstaller for Strike 2.0.7.19000

Run (the free) CCleaner then CCleaner’s Registry (Scan for Issues) – follow the prompt to backup the registry before making changes.

Restart computer

Return Strike’s Content to your Samples drive

Run the Installer for Strike 2.0.7.21000 (Strike_2.0.7_Setup)
In Strike 2.0.7.21000 “Setup Options”, uncheck the “Install Factory Content” box.

When first instantiating Strike, if its Content is not found, you’ll get a flashing message in yellow:
“Content not found, please set the content location on setup page!”
To set the location of Strike’s Content from within the plug-in, click on the Wrench at the base of Strike’s Browser, to open the Configuration Page. Add Content’s location then hit “Save”.

Restart Strike.

Double click in the Browser to load a Setting …

Few more observations:

I got a few dud downloads – so deleted them and replaced them.

On Windows, most AIR Presets are here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology

For example, theRiser_1.0.7.21000 Presets:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology\theRiser

Vacuum Pro 1.0.7 Presets:
C:\Program Files (x86)\AIR Music Technology\VacuumPro

However, Loom Presets are here:
C:\ProgramData\AIR Music Technology\Loom

Now I've installed the latest updates to XPand2 and MiniGrand, I'm bring asked for license keys, and there's no specific keys for these on my iLok.
I have a current Perpetual License for ProTools standard, with a support and update license in place. Shouldn't these just work?

(1) Is there a list of what the improvements are in the updates?
(2) Re. “Here are the first updates with many more on the way!" – are there any pending announcements - especially about Structure 2, Transfuser 2, or Strike 2?

Regarding the Windows improvements a number of improvements which had been made to previous Mac updates had been rolled over to PC. A large part is to use the latest ILok Framework for best performance.

Structure 2, Transfuser 2 and Strike are all in final testing which should bring all our products up to latest OS support.

Thanks John. Appreciate the info. I still like to use Transfuser a lot. Since I got Falcon, I've been using Structure less. Hybrid is still one of my go to VI's.
