Default Blue Screen after 8.0.3 Update WIN 7 64 Bit

Well, first of all my apologies for assuming I installed the update in a previous thread, specifically to Benoni.

System:
Asus CG5270
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @2.50GHz
8gb of RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

PT 8.0.3
002Rack

I installed the Win 7 64-bit update and everything was running fine (which I thought was the 8.0.3 update ). When I realized I didn't have the 8.0.3 update I downloaded it, and ran the setup file.

I forgot exactly the wording but during the setup it asked me to turn on my hardware or device. So I turned on my 002R.

It finished and I rebooted my computer, launched PT, it started loading and thats when I got the blue screen of death. Any help getting me online again would be awesome.

Thanks in advanced.

I believe it's OHCI Compliant. How do I switch to LSI?

I didn't install the 8.0.4b drivers, I didn't know where they were located

BTW, thanks for responding. You had every reason not too.

Awesome. Thanks.

I'm having trouble understanding the Firewire Controller settings. How do not use the OHCI compliant and switch to LSI?

Just had the same BSOD even with Windows 7 64 bit 8.0.4b driver, any ideas? I have PT 8.03, Digi 002 and I was opening session on external firewire drive when this happened.

I get BSOD too. Running 8.0.3 driver. Ran windbg, and the problem seems to be dalwdm.sys. So I guess I'll need to wait till the updated driver is fixed?

I had a better time with a TI controller untill all was installed then went back to the onboard Asus. (64bit)
