Difficulty buying Pro Tools 11 upgrade from Avid store

I keep on getting an error message when trying to use the Avid store since last night.I have tried different credit cards of mine and my Paypal facility but it always resets my currency and then gives an Avid store error message.Very frustrating any advice would be warmly welcomed.I am not a new customer,I have an account going back 10 years.Upgrading from Pro Tools 10.

Maybe try a different browser?
Empty cache for your browser?
are all your browser plugins installed and up to date!! flash / java etc

Anyone else with a different computer able to try for you?

You also have to make sure your Location coinsides with your Avid account as someone in europe can't buy in dollars for example. You need to use the store that is listed for your local currency as you can't choose what cuurency you wanna pay due to different conversions in every country
