Need help! Express Card, 003 Rack and Dell 1535
I recently purchased a new 003 Rack and a Dell Studio 1535 laptop. It has a 4 pin firewire that i just learned is a ricoh and not compatible in any way with the 003.I have tried everything to get it to locate the 003. My computer came with a remote controller in a slot that looks like an 54mm express card slot. I have read on the forum that this computer doesn't have an express slot and the laptop is on the Avid known incompatibilty list. If this is indeed an express card slot would this solve my problem. Any knowledge would be helpful.
