Did you create the disk in toast as Mac & PC compatible (ISO 9660)?

If not - do they have MacDrive running on their Windows system to mount a Mac formatted disk?

Did you save the session as Mac/PC compatible -- if not, which version of Pro Tools are they running?

Use Save Session Copy In... in the File menu and check the box to make the session Mac/PC compatible.

Either you'll have to create a Mac/PC compatible disk in Toast or they'll need to be running MacDrive.

Besides that, make a save as in a 5.x PT version of your session. I'm not sure if this is not an issue any more, but I remember receiving a newer PT session version on an older PT versions system, a few years ago (I don't remember which versions were, but the system was working with was older than the one the session I tried to open was created in the first place) and I could not open it. The Mac couldn't even recognize it as a PT session, so it didn't show up as a PT icon.
Anyway, it doesn't hurt to save another version in a 5.x type, just to be extra covered.

5.1 through 6.9.2 sessions should be compatible.
