It's a heck of a lot faster to recall memory locations on the numeric keypad than it is to find the exact soft key on the MC Control.
And you don't have to figure out different ways to recall them when the session moves from Artist to C|24 to ICON, etc. The numeric keypad is always there.

It is very easy to do on MC Control - you create your custom shortcuts only once and then there is nothing difficult to find. Make yourself more familiar with MC Control and it will be very likely you will like it more than C|24.
