whats the deal with popping audio?
All too many times do I audition cdrs of music I have birthed and find random popping during the playback. My edits are clean, there is no sample rate/synch issues, no clipping, I'm even burning at slow speeds. What are the causes for this?
I can't tell you if pops are present before I burn the disk or not (I zap the audio files after burning), but I can tell you that the pops are easily seen within the waveform of any offending audio tracks ripped from the cdr. Regardless of it being pre or post burning, what are your thoughts? Thanks, -Travis |

Re: whats the deal with popping audio?
why not just bounce to disk a stereo track then open it in soundforge or something else and check
