How to get 10.9.5 to see Digi 003

Hi There,

I have a new Mac Pro running 10.9.5 and the system was migrated from my previous Macbook Pro.

Initially the 003 host light would come on and would work (I could monitor audio) but I couldn't hear any inputs.

When I opened the "Avid 003 Family" System control panel it looked broken (see image link below).

So I uninstalled the current drivers, downloaded and installed the latest drivers.

But now the host light won't come on at all? I've also tried to view the system control panel in a new admin account but it still looks the same.

Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.
